PHEW

My colonoscopy went reasonably OK, though they were running late and wasn't done until 5.00pm,which was a bit tough as I wasn't able to drink anything. Had a quick talk to the Dr after - some area of concern which he will go through later but NO CANCER. Phew! am I relieved. The cartoon depicts my most embarrassing moment(that I was conscious for !)

Good on you for having the all-clear! Wanna_B_Slim just went through a similar scare :o(

Talking about the ICU, when i was in labour with my youngest daughter, Rose, i was in the maternity ward for 24 hours before they decided to show me mercy via cesarean! They put me in a hospital gown and wheeled me into surgery two floors down. But the gown was too small, and i was laying on my side on the trolley as i couldn't lie on my back. As they wheeled me down the maternity hallway, there were people waiting for visiting hours to open so they could see their relatives new babies. And they all stared at my exposed big white ass as they wheeled me past! I said to my husband in a big loud voice, "These people are staring at my butt, how rude are they!?!?" But they STILL stared!!
I think of that whenever i see an open gown now lol

Maybe you could flash a bit of skin one day a week? A cheek one week, a hand another, hair on another and so on. People love that stuff! lol

I LOVE the CARTOON. I needed the giggle. Thanks

Good news...and now you have another year worry free.

Have a good restful weekend. Put good tasting things in your mouth.

Isn't it crazy how you canNOT tell you have had a colonoscopy after it's done? I mean, good Lord, they've been running a tube with a camera up your ass! But you can't tell at all. I find it so bizarre.

(And much preferable to being able to tell.)
