I just re-read my last post and yes, I agree with you Spider63 - I think too much and your right about all the depressive thoughts only making the binging worse.
Spider63 also had an interesting post about about the 4 stages of eating, drop by and have a read (sorry I don't know how to link).I have thought about these steps in the last couple of days and I must say it has helped me to resist some nasties.
I cancelled my food order yesterday, I figured I just have to learn how to do things on my own. I mean, I know what I have to do, but because I don't plan and organise myself I fail.
I'm still going to the gym and I can notice improvements already. Little things like my back doesn't ache as much in the mornings and also my general outlook on life is more rosier than it has been. I mean I actually feel there is hope to get out of the black pit I put myself in.
I still have to make myself go the the gym and hate the thought of it but once I'm there and particularly after I feel better about it. The workouts though are not getting any easier, but hey , I'm working here with below (off the chart) fitness levels so the only way is UP!(As the song goes)
Anyway I'll leave you with a sample of my bawdy humor - take care

Hee hee, love the funny! I am going to ask my Doctor to show me his cos I have to show him mine! LOL
Yep I hear you re the exercise, but it's so worth it when you start it isn't it?
Hang on to that sense of humour, it's what keeps us sane sometimes!
I also so hear you about exercise. I hate the thought of it but so glad when I'm actually out there doing it or once it's over.
You can do anything you want to, just do it.
LOL!!! Good one!!! Isn't it strange how painful exercise is when we think about it and how relatively easy it is once we start...notice I said relative, relative to the pain the idea of exercise creates.
Funny joke! Like the humor, it's what's missing in my life lately.
Way to go on getting in the exercise. It does make a big difference in my attitude and my stress level too.
Have a good week.
the exercise is what will turn your life around. It helps your mood, makes you think positive and builds up self-esteem!!
Keep on going!! Whenever you start thinking sad thoughts, go to the gym!!
Funny Joke, lol.
Exercise is good and you should look at yourself in a more positive light. Even though you're not taking lumps of weight off you are maintaining and not increasing. The big mistake most of us make is between bouts of weight loss it is too easy to put it and more back on.
Work to keep your weight constant and eventually it will become easier to lose, keep the exercise going eventually you'll learn to enjoy it.
Great job on the exercise! Just getting to the gym the first time can be the hardest thing to do.
It's hard to get off the roller coaster. We know everything there is to know.
Basically: eat mostly fruit, veg and grains.
Drink as much water as we can in a day.
Eat less than 30 grams of fat per day.
And exercise for 30mins a day.
It's all soooo simple. Yet we fight it every step of the way!
Getting exercise is my biggest problem. I get bored quickly. I haven't been on my treadmill since TBL finished :o( I can't wait for BB to be over coz then the US TBL will start! :o)
