Weighed in today with a mixture of trepidation and enthusiasm.
Trepidation, to having a not so good weekend of eating (although it was better than last weekend) and enthusiasm because I wanted to see the numbers under 120kg AGAIN !!
The weight loss fairy decided I hadn't been good enough to reward me - I recorded
120kg - it took her a few seconds to make up her mind as the scales were flashing between 119.8 and 120 but finally decided on the latter - DANG!
Oh well, it is a step in the right direction and I did not have a perfect week so overall I'm happy with the loss as it in my mini goal of .500 grams a week.Still not able to exercise my hip has flared up again and I'm going to make an appointment to see the Dr next week as it's keeping me awake now at night aching, so not good.
I'm also thinking of dropping my calories to 1200 per day due to the no exercise factor, might give it a go next week. Hope everyone has a great week.

Even though in my challenge I have lost BUGGER all I am still happy because without our challenge I think I wouldn't of even managed that... it is keeping me on the straight and narrow (sort of he he)

Did you think to go have a piddle before you stepped on the scales, cos a good one can weight at least 500 gms, take it from someone who "knows".. how sad is that??? Ha ha ha. Oh god, I'm so sad. Hope your hip is feeling better soon chick.
Way to go on your loss! I think it's a good one as I'd be happy with a pound lost at this point. You will be under 120 next week!
Its REALLY hard to lose when your activity is low - I know that for a fact. I have been struggling with it for the past few weeks with this silly ankle of mine. You reallllly have to watch what you put in your mouth - every little thing. You had a loss though - and that's awesome! Every little gram counts! Keep it up!
1200 calories is low you will certainly lose weight if you can maintain that.
I hope the hip eases so you can exercise I think its important in the overall aim.
Remember its only 7 days to the next weigh in when you will below the 120kg target (never to be above again).
600g is great chickey!! Although I should take my own advice on that one because I was a little disappointed with a 400g loss this week. Isn't it funny how our scales get our hopes up with flashing lower but settling on the higher weight. I even tried moving my scales around the room hoping to get a lower weight ... hmmm ... not with much success tho!! lol
Woohoo you, a loss is a loss! Those scales are a shit, mine also flickered before delivering a mighty blow this morning, a punishment for my eating yesterday. Hang in there.
1200 is purdy low. Slow and steady wins the race. :D
Hey, don't expect too much in the weight loss area, because of your other health issues. I think 5oo-6oogms is awesome, considering!
When you DO go under 120, it will be big, you'll see! :o)

120 kg is like 250 lbs.? I would like to say that I am on the verge of catching up, but that will have to wait to next week when I begin my aggressive diet.

Super Job!. You lost weight. Everything I read says that you should lose 1-2lbs. a week. I thin that is 1kg is 2.2lbs. Therefore, you are right on track for what is healthy. Keep up the good work!
