FARRRRRK !!!!!

Weighed in this morning for a massive gain of 6.8 kg (15lbs), what a dickhead!

I knew it would be bad, but I didn't think it was quite THAT bad. Why in f*ck's name do I do it for.

Enough said, it's back on the straight and narrow for this little duck!!!

Your title and little stick figure said it all! Give it a few days, maybe you are having a bit of fluid retention as well. Bet you will swing that loss around quickly.

Okee - This coming Monday is 12 weeks to the end of the year. Let's make it a challenge - who says you can get rid of those 15 pounds by then?? Come on lady - let's do it.

I gained about 25 pounds in February/March and I am still dealing with that. It is just a matter of patience and persistence.

It's the vicious circle isn't it? Binge, diet, make progress, slip up, binge, diet....etc etc.
But the binges are getting further and further apart, and thats the main thing :o)
