The long weekend and my week off work has really thrown my sense of days out of balance. I realised last night it was Wednesday and I had forgotten to weigh in. In hindsight it was probably a blessing as I had a gain when I checked this morning. I've gained 1kg (2.2lbs) which frankly I'm not surprised as my weekend was a bit eratic food wise. Also because I'm exercising every day I'm drinking more water, so I expected some of that is fluid retention which I get once I recommence drinking water after a lapse. On the positive at least it's under the 120 kg mark.
I didn't go to the gym yesterday as my back and thighs were really, really sore from the previous days activities. Instead I opted to take the dog for a 30 min walk,I tell you that's a workout in itself. My dog is say 10kg but he is the strongest little bugger out, always pulling on the lead (I need to get him some training), it must look so funny this little 10kg pug pulling a 119kg heifer along the street.Today I'm off to the shops, IT'S SALE TIME HERE! do a little dance, do a little dance!! So I'll get plenty of walking done I can tell you. Hope you all have a great day

Please don't call yourself a heifer, that is not nice mate! Sad you had a gain, I think I will be too... bugger. Walking the dog... Izzy pulls like hell too, so I got a "halter" lead for her, stops her pulling 100% ! Try it with your dog, I'm sure it won't pull ever again...and it does not hurt them at all.
Love that picture of the pugs - they are a weakness for me, although I don't think I could put up with the snoring! Try for a better week - I know you can!
Hey hun... I agree with Chris H don't put yourself down like that. You are an amazing woman and one step backwards but you will have 10 or more forward....
Love the picture hooowwwww cute.

When you get to goal this small hiccup won't be remembered. Last time I lost weight I had many a hiccup along the way, that's what lifes all about. You are heading in the right direction with your walking so focus on what you are doing right and work on what you aren't.
Chin up ... could be worse .... Look at my stats!! *sigh*
Although you have had a gain you are still below 120kg and I reckon thats important because you will see that as a key weight.
You can't know effect last weeks weight but you can do something about the next weigh in. Keep positive and keep looking forward.
Love the picture of the dogs.
Cute dogs ya got there! And say positive things to yourself, it's hard I know, I get that way too. Good going on all your walking and hope you see a loss soon.
I just finished eating Taco Bell for dinner. Does that make you feel better? It should immediately!!!
FLUID RETENTION? WATER? MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Hope you had fun shopping! Glad to hear you are still at it!
Yea i'm with Chris, Don't call yourself a heifer :o(
Spider63 is losing it lol
Those pugs look so cute! Princess has a superdog outfit, but i can't find it. When i do, i'll take a pic :o)
Princess was 9 kilos the last time she was weighed. And i got told off because she's 2 kilos overweight, and pugs suffer from hip problems such as artheritus too easily. I'm trying to get it off her. I'm naughty because i don't use a lead [Shame on me!] I walk at 6:30am when there's no-one else around, so she doesn't get into trouble. She just stays with me and we get puffed together lol
Yours is part german shepard right? So how can you tell how much he should weigh?
