DAY 1 - 128.2 kg
I'm naming and shaming myself after seeing the number on the scales this morning.
It's time to revert back to being anal about how I deal with this. I'm letting my bad angel (emotions) take over again, it's time for my good angel( me) to step in. I have to be precise down to the last grain of rice in what I stick into my gob.
No excuses,no slip ups,if I was invited to Queen Elizabeth's birthday bash I would not go - I just have to be tough on myself.
GOAL FOR TODAY: EAT NOTHING EXCEPT THE DELIVERED FOOD!!
MIGHT.... SEW!

It's too easy to justify what we eat isn't it, no matter how small or low in calories the item is? But all thoselittle things add up. As they say over at Weight Watchers, "Pickers wear bigger knickers." lol
I wouldn't go to the queens either. I bet they'd just serve cold tea and stale scones :oÞ
You can do this! The food below looked lovely though. My key is exercise so I can have some of the good stuff. But, I'm just maintaining now. I need to get to work too.

Anal doesn't work for everyone, but it's been working really well for me. It is very hard for me to lose weight and it just doesn't work for me unless I am clean and consistent. Good luck honey!!!As someone else suggested, just take one day at a time.
Btw. I wouldn't go to the Queen's either. She's too sour ... oops!!! Did I say that? ... errr ... long live the Queen!!! LOL!!!
